RETURN POLICY
Returns of online purchases are accepted for refund within 14 days of purchase. A return pre-authorization is required, and some restrictions apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

- Return Reason
Product must be in its original packaging, and purchased from www.ScentSiBonInc.com
No returns on promotional and discounted items.
Scent Si Bon, Inc is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking services for all returns.

Upon receipt of product and approval for return, customer will be refunded the purchase price of the product. A full refund, minus shipping and handling fees, will be issued in the same form as original payment. Please allow 5-7 business days to process refund. Processing times may be different with each financial institution. Contact your financial institution for more information on when refund will be posted.
EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please email www.ScentSiBonInc.com within 48 hours. Any product believed to be defective or damaged will be exchanged for the same item. Please hold on to all product until further instructions are given.

If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, 3rd party partners or Amazon, please contact them directly for their return policy.
Final Sale Items/Promotional Items
Returns are not available for final sale items or other promotional items such as: Limited Edition/Holiday, Bundles/Sets, Site Wide Sales, etc. Promotions including coupons and promo codes cannot be applied to final sale purchases.
